西洋参多糖提取新工艺研究

     摘要:目的:将各种中药处理新技术应用于西洋参多糖的提取研究,并筛选出最佳提取工艺条件。方法:通过对回流提取法、微波提取法、超声提取法、酶解-回流提取法4种方法进行对比,得出西洋参多糖提取的最佳方法:酶解-回流提取法,再以酶用量,料液比,酶解温度,提取温度等对酶解-回流提取法进行单因素试验,初步确定各因素的最佳范围。通过进一步的正交试验,得出最佳工艺条件。结果:以水为溶剂,料液比1∶12,20 μl/g(相对西洋参干重)植物复合水解酶,50℃酶解1.5 h,100℃提取2次。结论:采用酶解辅助提取西洋参多糖,可以明显提高多糖的提取率。

    Study on New Technological Process for Extraction of Polysaccharide from Panax quinquefolium L.

    Abstract:Objective:Different extraction methods (reflux, microwave, supersonic wave, reflux combined enzyme) were used for the extraction of polysaccharide from Panax quinquefolium L. and the best technological parameters were selected.Methods:According to the results of the comparative experiments, it was found that reflux extraction combined enzyme was the most effective method in this case. By making the single factor and orthogonal experiments, the optimum technological parameters for reflux extraction combined enzyme were obtained.Results:The enzymatic reaction temperature of 50℃ for 1.5 h, the ration of material to solvent of 1∶12, the enzyme amount of 20 μl/g, the extraction times of 2 at 100 ℃.Conclusion:The enzyme assisted-extraction was useful in polysaccharide extraction of Panax Quinquefolium.
