【摘要】 目的 探讨老年护理医院医院感染状况及相关因素，提出对策。 方法 对2003～2004年全部出院病例(死亡病例)进行回顾性调查、分析和总结。 结果 老年护理医院医院感染发生率较综合性医院明显增高，医院感染与住院天数密切相关(P<0.001)，与侵袭性操作及卧床等因素相关(P<0.01)，医院感染是老年护理医院住院病人死亡的重要因素之一。 结论 老年护理院医院感染发生率高，应加强对致医院感染因素的控制。
