【摘要】 目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)初产妇应用新产程管理的分娩结局。方法 收集178例GDM初产妇(研究组)及180例血糖正常初产妇(对照组)，均采用新产程管理，比较2组的产程时限及分娩结局。结果 研究组孕妇营养门诊干预后及产程中的餐后2 h血糖均较干预前降低(P均0.05)；研究组的胎膜早破和小于胎龄儿发生率均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 对于GDM初产妇而言，其孕期及产时血糖控制达标，新产程管理适用于产程指导；但孕期应适度控制饮食，降低小于胎龄儿的发生率。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the perinatal outcomes of primigravidae with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) managed with new labor standards.
