摘要：目的 为了探讨不同原因眼外伤性青光眼的临床干预治疗效果。方法 回顾性总结本院收治的眼外伤诱因性青光眼患者50例(共80眼)资料。结果 眼压低于30mmHg的单纯前房积血患者经消炎止血处理后，淤血在5d左右时可自行吸收干净；眼内压超过30mmHg的11眼经前房冲洗后，仍有2眼眼压不能恢复正常水平，并且持续半月时间，被迫进行小梁切除手术。患者治疗后平均眼压降至(10.1±3.3)mmHg，平均视力升为(0.7±0.1)，与治疗前相比， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 由眼外伤导致的青光眼具有多种创伤机制， 引起青光眼的原因也不尽相同，需要在明确诊断的情况下，对不同病情的患者进行针对性治疗。
