氟保护漆和含氟牙膏对预防小学生龋齿的效果比较
[摘要]目的：临床比较氟保护漆和含氟牙膏对预防小学生龋齿的效果。方法：随机将200例1～5年级小学生分为A组和B组，A组用氟保护漆涂擦牙面，并每0.5年重复涂擦氟保护漆1次，B组每天用含氟牙膏刷牙。2年后检查A组和B组患龋情况，并对试验前后数据进行比较。结果：B组第一恒磨牙发病率明显高于A组，且差异有统计学意义。结论：氟保护漆对小学生龋齿的预防效果优于含氟牙膏。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo compare the effect of fluoride varnish and fluoride toothpaste for prevention dental caries among primary school pupils. MethodsThe 200 Pupils from grade one to five were divided into group A and group B randomly.Group A rubbed tooth surface with fluoride varnish and repeated once every half a year.Group B brushed tooth with fluoride toothpaste every day.After two years we checked dental caries situation between group A and group B . and compared the test data before and after.ResultsThe caries rate of group A is significantly lower than group B, The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). ConclusionThe preventive effect of fluoride varnish to protect pupils caries is better than fluoride toothpaste. ......
