【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病患者阴道内念珠菌感染情况。 方法选取150例糖尿病女患者及70例健康妇女，检测阴道内念珠菌的情况。 结果糖尿病患者阴道内念珠菌检出率明显高于对照组，60岁及以上老年糖尿病患者检出率明显高于60岁以下糖尿病患者，有阴道炎症状组检出率明显高于无阴道炎症状组。 结论糖尿病对念珠菌性阴道炎起重要作用。

    The clinical research of vaginal candida in diabetic patients

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo detect the vaginal candida and investigate it's relation in diabetic patients.MethodsThe study included 150 cases of diabetic patients as experimental group and 70 cases of healthy women as control group. We detected the vaginal candida and analysed different clinical characters.ResultsComparisons of the control group showed that there were significant upregulation of vaginal candida in experimental group. There were associated with different age groups and different vaginitis symptoms.ConclusionDiabetic mellitus play an important role in candidal vaginitis.
