探讨数字X线机在小儿气道透X线异物诊断中的应用(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨数字X线机在小儿气道透X线异物诊断中的应用价值。方法 采用西门子数字胃肠机连续摄片对22例小儿气管支气管透X线异物进行诊断，全部病例经支气管镜检查对照。结果22例患儿中，数字X线机诊断小儿气管支气管透X线异物17例，其中气管异物2例，右侧支气管异物11例，左侧支气管异物4例。与支气管镜，诊断符合20例(90.9%)，误漏诊2例(9.1%)。结论 数字X线机诊断小儿气管透X线异物较普通X线透视和摄片有显著优越性。

The value of diagnosis of digital X-ray machine on the bronchotracheal transparent foreign body in children

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of diagnosis of digital X-ray machine on the bronchotracheal transparent foreign body in children.Methods 22 children were diagnosed by a series of digital spot images with the digital X-ray machine of the company of Semenz.All the patients were examined by bronchoscopy.Results From 22 cases,17 cases of the bronchoteacheal transparent foreign body were diagnosed by digital X-ray machine,and 2 cases with foreign body,11cases of right and 4 cases of left bronchial foreign body.Comparing with the findings ofbronchoscopy,accurate diagnosis was obtained in 20 cases(90.9%),while misdiagnosis was made in 2 cases(9.1%).Conclusion The digital X-ray machine is superior to the traditional X-ray machine in the diagnosis for the bronchotracheal transparent foreign body in children. ......
