前列腺素E1在断指再植术后的临床应用(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察前列腺素E1对断指再植术预后的影响。 方法 选择断指再植术后患者166例，随机分为两组：A组为对照组予以常规抗炎、抗栓塞、抗痉挛“三抗”治疗；B组为治疗组在常规 “三抗”治疗基础上给予前列腺素E1 20 μg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml中静脉滴注,2次/d,14 d为1个疗程；观察两组患者血管危象及药物不良反应的发生情况，并对再植指的成活率进行比较。结果 治疗组断指再植术后血管危象发生率明显低于对照组，而再植指的成活率明显高于对照组，两组患者均无明显的药物不良反应。结论 前列腺素E1能有效地防止断指再植术后血管危象的发生，提高再植指的成活率。

The clinical applications of prostaglandin E1 in digit replantation

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect ofprostaglandin E1 on the prognosisof digit replantation.Methods 166digitreplantationpatients were randomly assigned to two groups with 83 cases each.Group A was the control group , patients received the normal three resisting therapies treatment.Group B was the prostaglandin E1 group, patients received the normal three resisting therapies treatment and 20 μg ProstaglandinE1 was added into 250 ml 5%glucose after replantation dripped into vein , twice a day for 14 days.Observed and recorded thevascularcrisis、adverse drug reaction and the survival dgree ofthereplanted digit.Results The vascularcrisis had low incidence in group B than that in group A , and the survival dgree was higher in group B.All the patients in both groups had a little adverse drug reaction.Conclusion Prostaglandin E1 can lower the vascularcrisis and improve the survival dgree of digit replantation. ......
