眼眶外伤的CT诊断及临床表现
【摘要】 目的 探讨眼眶外伤的CT征象及临床诊断的价值。方法 对95例眼眶外伤均行眼眶横断面及冠状面CT扫描检查。结果 95例全部呈现眶壁骨折。其中内壁骨折54例,外壁骨折10例,上壁骨折14例,下壁骨折17例,35例伴有邻近部位软组织嵌顿。结论 CT检查能清楚显示眼眶骨折及眶内容物的损伤情况,为临床处理提供重要依据,具有重要的早期诊断价值,眼外伤后应及时施行眼部CT检查。

【Abstract】 Objective To find Computerized tomography (CT) signs and clinical diagnostic evaluation of orbital trauma.Methods A total of 95 cases with orbital trauma were scanned with axial and coronal CT.Results All CT scan of 95 cases show orbital wall fracture,including 54 cases of orbital medial wall fracture,10 cases of orbital lateral wall fracture,14 cases of orbital superior wall fracture,17 cases of orbital inferior wall fracture,in addition 35 cases of following entrapment of adjacent soft tissues.Conclusion CT examination can clearly show orbital wall fracture and damage of orbital contents,provide important foundation of clinical treatment,and contribute important diagnostic value in earlier period,therefore it is essential that CT examination is promptly carried out after ocular injury. ......
