【摘要】 现代医院的发展，亟需建设一支高绩效的管理干部队伍，这同时也是医疗体制改革不断深化、医院走向国际化的必然趋势，是全面提高医院质量和效益目标的根本保证，是全面提高医院各类人才素质的必然要求。本文客观的分析了当前医疗体制改革中存在的问题及原因，着力探讨加强高绩效管理干部队伍建设的基本路径。【关键词】医院专业技术人员; 医院行政管理干部; 高绩效管理; 管理者素质
