【摘要】 目的 探讨急性心脑血管疾病患者的院前急救。方法 对130例急性心脑血管疾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析， 将经过院前急救的65例急性心脑血管疾病患者作为实验组， 将自行来院的没有进行院前急救的65例急性心脑血管疾病患者作为对照组， 观察两组患者的急救情况。结果 实验组的死亡率及致残率明显少于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对急性心脑血管疾病患者进行院前急救可以有效的减少患者的死亡率及致残率， 并能尽早的恢复。
