〔摘要〕 传染性肺炎的中医病名当为肺疫，发病有即发、伏发两种形式，分寒湿肺疫和温热肺疫两种类型。肺疫初起邪在膜府，继而邪毒内陷于肺，肺失宣肃，痰湿内生，邪毒与痰搏结，壅滞于肺，肺气郁闭。邪伏期根据体质辨证用药，以益气养阴、透邪解毒为主。发病后当顺肺之性，以化痰止咳为基本治法;恢复期正虚邪恋、肺脾两虚，治以益气养阴、透泄余邪为主。总体辨寒热虚实、轻重缓急，灵活应用诸法。
