[摘要] 目的：探讨CT和超声在女性盆腔肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析60例经手术及病理证实的女性盆腔肿块的CT和超声资料。结果：60例女性盆腔肿块,其中宫外孕4例，卵巢囊肿8例，卵巢癌12例，卵巢畸胎瘤8例，子宫内膜癌6例，宫颈癌10例，子宫平滑肌瘤12例，CT符合率为90.00%,B超符合率为86.67%。结论：CT、B超对女性盆腔肿块的诊断具有重要的价值,合理应用能更好地指导临床治疗和术后疗效观察。

    Value of CT and ultrasound in female pelvic masses

    [Abstract] Objective:To explore the value of CT and ultrasound imaging in female pelvic masses. Methods:The ultrasound and CT manifestations of 60 cases of female pelvic masses confirmed by operation an pathology were studied retrospectively.Results:60 cases of female pelvic masses, among them, 4 cases ectopic pregnancy,8 cases ovarian cyst,12 cases oophoroma,8 cases teratoma of ovary,6 cases endometrial carcinoma,10 cases cervical carcinoma and 12 cases leiomyoma of uterus.The accuracy rate of CT diagnosis was 90.00% and ultrasound diagnosis was 86.67%. Conclusion:CT and ultrasound had significant value in female pelvic masses dagnosis and instructed clinic and observed the effect of operations conveniently that applied CT and ultra-sound legitimately. ......
