颅咽管瘤术后水电解质紊乱的相关因素分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的:通过对91例颅咽管瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,结合文献资料探讨可能影响颅咽管瘤术后水电解质紊乱的相关因素。方法:选取中国医科大学附属第一医院2001年1月~2007年12月颅咽管瘤手术患者91例,全部为术后病理明确诊断的患者。统计术后发生水电解质紊乱的例数,对可能影响颅咽管瘤术后水电解质紊乱的相关因素进行统计学分析。结果:在可能影响颅咽管瘤术后水电解质紊乱的各种因素中,经SPSS 13.0统计学软件分析,术前尿崩与术后水电解质紊乱有相关性(P<0.05),而性别、年龄、肿瘤钙化、囊型变、肿瘤部位、手术方式、是否复发以及肿瘤切除程度等与颅咽管瘤术后水电解质紊乱无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:术中对垂体柄的保护是减少术后尿崩和水电解质紊乱的最主要因素。

    Correlation analysis of fluid and electrolyte disturbance after the operarion of the craniopharyngioma

    [Abstract] Objective: By analyzing clinical data of 91 patients with craniopharyngiomas,together with relevant references reviewing,to find corrilative factors which affacted electrolyte disturbances of the craniopharyngiomasm patients. Methods: The clinical data were collected from 91 patients admitted into the first affiliated hospital of China medical university from January 2001 to December 2007. After craniopharyngiomas resection operations, all patients had pathological conformation of the illness. Statistical studies were made on cases where electrolyte disorder occurred and analysis those cases thorough statistical methods. Results: In the each factor which affacted electrolyte imbalance after the resection of craniopharyngioma, by the SPSS 13.0, the diaberes inspidus before the resection was well correlated with the fluid and electrolyte imbalance after the resection(P<0.05),nevertheless the sex, age, calcifying, cystic change,tumour position,surgical approach,recrudescence,the range of excise of the tumour was not related to diabetes inspidus after the resection of craniopharyngioma and the fluid and electrolyte imbalance obviously(P>0.05). Conclusion: To protect the stalk hypophysial during the operation is the principal factor to reduce the number of patients with diabetes insipidus and electrolyte disturbance ......
