[摘要] 随着现代医疗的发展，护士和患者的关系越来越关系到患者病情的改善，因此加强护患沟通是一项刻不容缓的事情。由于神经外科护理工作的特殊性，即护士工作量大、压力大，从而导致沟通不到位，经常导致护患纠纷。本文在分析加强护患关系的基础之上，从护理的各个环结来综述临床护理工作中加强护患沟通的方法。

    [Abstract] With the development of modern medicine, the relationship between nurses and patients are increasingly related to the condition improvement of patients, thus enhancing the nurse-patient communication is an urgent matter.
