[摘要] 高职院校的规模和数量空前发展，昭示了学生和家长在专业和院校的选择上越来越趋于理性化，但是学生的就业前景并未得到实质性改善，订单培养是校企合作的有效形式之一，这种形式能使高职类院校对学生的培养更具有针对性，并进一步解决“企业用人难、学生就业难”的问题，医药行业的发展呼唤订单培养的模式创新，传统而单一的模式弊端在逐渐暴露，订单培养模式的创新所要解决的是怎样有效地解决学生的就业和怎样使学生与企业得到共同发展的问题。

    Exploration and practice of order-form training model in pharmacy major of vocational college

    [Abstract] The unprecedented development of vocational colleges in size and number indicates that the students and parents get more and more rational in the selection of major and college,but the students′ employment prospects do not get a substantial improvement.Order-form training is an effective form of school-enterprise cooperation,which makes the training of students in vocational colleges more targeted and further solves the "enterprise employment difficulty and student employment difficulty" issue.The pharmaceutical industry calls for the innovation of order-form training model and the disadvantages of traditional simple model are revealing themselves.The target of order-form training model is to solve the student employment issue and enable student-enterprise mutual development. ......
