[摘要]目的 探讨本院治疗糖尿病药物的临床应用现状，为合理用药提供依据。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年12月我院电脑系统中降糖药物胰岛素类似物及口服降糖药的药物使用信息作为研究对象，分析口服降糖药物及胰岛素类似物的销售金额及占降糖药物的比例、各类型胰岛素和口服降糖药物的销售数量、使用率及销售金额等情况。结果 2015、2016年我院降糖药物销售金额中胰岛素类似物和口服降糖药相接近，各占50%，其中胰岛素制剂11种中，预混胰岛素使用率较高，平均为30%；长效胰岛素使用率较低，平均为5%；口服降糖药物，双胍类使用率较高，平均为50%。结论 本院降糖药物种类较全，基本可以满足临床合理用药。
