[摘要]目的 探讨多功能手术工具台在外科手术中的应用以及如何实现快速清理场地、合理安排工具台的空间，以便提高手术成功率。方法 选取上饶清水医院2017年8月～2018年5月接受手术治疗的106例患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组各53例。对照组应用传统手术工具台，研究组应用多功能手术工具台，比较两组患者手术的结果以及术后不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组患者的手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多功能手术工具台的应用不仅能提高患者的舒适度，有效缩短手术时间，还能提高手术成功率，利于提高操作的流畅性和连贯性，值得在临床中进一步推广和应用。
