综上所述，BMSCs可抑制大鼠ALI模型的肺组织细胞凋亡，其机制可能与上调了肺组织中Bcl-2蛋白和下调Bax蛋白、Caspase-3蛋白的表达有关，为治疗ALI提供了新的思路。
