[摘要]目的 探讨口腔正畸结合修复治疗错(牙合)伴牙列缺损的效果。方法 选取2014年5月～2017年6月在我院接受治疗的40例错(牙合)伴牙列缺损患者，按照就诊顺序分为A组(n=20)和B组(n=20)。A组采用常规方法，B组采用口腔正畸结合修复治疗，比较两组临床治疗效果、总满意度。结果 B组治疗总有效率、各项生活质量评分、总满意度均显著高于A组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用口腔正畸结合修复治疗错(牙合)伴牙列缺损，效果显著，患者满意度以及生活质量高。
