[摘要]目的 探讨导乐陪伴对提高产妇分娩质量的效果。方法 选取2015年1月～2016年1月在我院实施分娩的200例产妇作为研究对象，采用随机分组方法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各100例。对照组产妇采用常规护理，观察组产妇采用导乐陪伴分娩。观察两组产妇的分娩方式、胎儿窘迫和新生儿窒息发生情况，评定两组产妇的疼痛情况。结果 观察组产妇的自然分娩率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组胎儿窘迫发生率和新生儿窒息总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组产妇的疼痛评分为(2.21±0.64)分，低于对照组的(3.18±0.57)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 导乐陪伴能够提高产妇的分娩质量，减轻分娩疼痛，减少剖宫产，提高自然分娩率，值得临床推广应用。
