电吹风联合碘伏应用于小儿肛门成形术后的效果观察

【摘要】目的探寻小儿肛门成形术后简便、经济、高效的护理方法，以提高切口甲级愈合率，缩短术后住院时间。方法将入住笔者所在科的62例先天性肛门闭锁行肛门成形术的小儿，按入院顺序随机分为试验组和对照组(每组31例)，试验组采用电吹风联合碘伏的护理方法，对照组采用生理盐水进行肛门护理。结果试验组的切口甲级愈合率高于对照组；术后平均住院时间明显短于对照组，两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电吹风联合碘伏应用于小儿肛门成形术后是一种简便、经济、有效的护理疗法。
