【摘要】随着社会经济的不断发展，随之而来的“有偿服务”、“价值体现”等理念充斥着的社会生活。这种价值观的转变，也必然会导致医德的转变。2008年底，卫生部、国家中医药管理局印发的《关于建立医务人员医德考评制度的指导意见(试行)》就是在这样的背景下出台的，其目的就是引起所有医务人员对医德问题的足够重视，以促进医德医风的进一步改善，使所有医务人员都能成为患者心中真正的天使。笔者所在医院医德考评工作实施2年以来，取得了较好的效果，为医院赢得了良好的社会声誉，这对在夹缝中生存的综合性医院来说真正起到了“催化剂”的作用。医德考评是卫生部近2年对医疗机构提出的新要求，可借鉴的经验较少，笔者所在医院也是“摸着石头过河”，在医德考评具体实施过程中，边执行边摸索，积累了一些成功经验，得以使医德考评发挥其应有的作用。
