倾斜式茂菲氏滴管输液器的应用研究

【摘要】 目的：检验研制出的倾斜式茂菲氏滴管输液器的一次性排气成功率，提高护士输液的工作效率。方法：2011年6-11月笔者所在科使用三种不同的输液器为患者进行输液，按输液器不同分三组，每组50例进行排气试验，Ⅰ组采用自制的带5.5号头皮针的倾斜式茂菲氏滴管输液器，Ⅱ组采用上海金塔医用器材有限公司生产的带5.5号头皮针的自动排气输液器(防气泡型)，Ⅲ组采用江西洪达医用器材有限公司生产的带5.5号头皮针的普通输液器。分析比较3组的一次性排气成功率。结果：Ⅰ组一次性排气成功率显著高于Ⅱ组及Ⅲ组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论：倾斜式茂菲氏滴管输液器的一次性排气成功率高，可有效提高护士输液的工作效率。
