中国人群乳腺癌中MTA1蛋白表达及其临床意义的Meta分析(1)

     【摘要】 目的:利用Meta分析探討乳腺癌组织中肿瘤转移相关基因蛋白1(MTA1)的表达及其与乳腺癌转移、侵袭之间的关系。方法:利用计算机检索万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库和CNKI等数据库,检索所需试验的参考文献,评价纳入研究的方法学质量,采用REVMAN 5.1.7软件进行Meta分析。结果:共10篇非随机病例对照试验被选入研究。Meta分析结果显示,乳腺癌组织中的MTA1蛋白表达阳性率为68.88%(383/556),明显高于正常乳腺组织的10.98%(47/428),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);淋巴结转移阳性组、肿瘤低分化组、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组MTA1表达阳性率分别为86.85% (218/251) 、82.89% (218/263)、82.65% (162/196),明显高于淋巴结转移阴性组、肿瘤中高分化组、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组的56.90%(202/355)、54.27%(197/363)、61.66%(230/373),各组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而雌激素受体阳性组MTA1表达阳性率为61.79%(173/280),与雌激素受体阴性组的69.81% (185/265)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MTA1在乳腺癌组织中的表达高于正常乳腺组织,并且与乳腺癌的转移、侵袭能力相关,可以作为判断乳腺癌转移、侵袭能力的预后指标,有望成为乳腺癌基因治疗的新靶点。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the expression of metastasis-associated genes protein-1 (MTA-1) in breast cancer tissue and to investigate its relationship with the breast cancer metastasis and invasion by Meta-analysis.Method: The related studies in Wanfang database,VIP database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and CNKI database were searched,and the methodological quality of studies were evaluated.REVMAN 5.1.7 software was used in Meta-analysis.Result:A total of 10 non randomized case-control trial were selected for study.Meta-analysis showed that positive rates of the expressions of MTA1 in breast cancer tissues,were respectively 68.88%(383/556), and significantly higher than 10.98%(47/428) of the normal breast tissue,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Studies showed that the positive expression of MTA1 in the positive group of lymphatic metastasis was 86.85%(218/251),significantly higher than 56.90%(202/355) in the negative group of lymphatic metastasis,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive rates of expression of MTA1 in the group of tumor poorly differentiated were respectively 82.89%(218/263),and significantly higher than 54.27%(197/363) of well-differentiated tumors group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of expression of MTA1 in the group of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ,were respectively 82.65%(162/196),and significantly higher than 61.66%(230/373) of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).While,positive rate of the expression of MTA1 in the positive group of estrogen receptor was 61.79%(173/280), compared with 69.81%(185/265) of estrogen receptor-negative group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The expression of MTA1 is increased in breast cancer and positively correlated.MTA1 is related with the metastasis and invasion of breast cancer,which can be regarded as a prognostic indicator of the ability of metastasis and invasion in breast cancer,and which can be expected to become a new target for breast cancer gene therapy., 百拇医药(陈明芬 郑建清 苏菁菁)
