【摘要】 目的：研究对于普外科出院患者提供医护合作电话随访延续护理的效果。方法：选择笔者所在医院于2015年6月-2016年10月收治的76例普外科疾病患者，为其提供出院后电话随访护理，总结患者生活质量评分。结果：患者干预前遵医意识、生活习惯、坚持服药与复查、家庭融入度等指标评分均低于出院后，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于出院患者加强电话随访护理干预，患者干预后生活质量评分较高。
