【摘要】 目的：探讨胰腺周围淋巴结结核的超声造影声像图特征及诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析2016年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院31例胰腺周围淋巴结结核患者作为研究对象，均经过手术或穿刺病理组织活检证实。所有患者手术或活检前均接受超声造影和CT检查。分析胰腺周围淋巴结结核患者的超声造影图像，并比较超声造影图像和CT诊断胰腺周围淋巴结结核的准确率。结果：超声造影诊断胰腺周围淋巴结结核的准确率为90.32%(28/31)，CT准确率为87.10%(27/31)，二者比较差异无统计学意义(字2=0.010，P=0.922)。超声造影表现，Ⅰ型16例，呈环状增强型，病灶边缘可见造影剂填充迅速;Ⅱ型12例，呈不均匀增强型，其中边缘增强型6例，可表现为病灶周边出现高信号;分隔样增强型6例，可表现为病灶内出现条状增强。结论：超声造影诊断胰腺周围淋巴结结核具有一定价值。
