[摘要] 目的 分析实习护士临床适应能力影响因素及其心理干预措施，以探讨心理干预对实习护士临床适应能力的影响。 方法 分析实习护士临床适应能力影响因素，并针对性予以心理干预，以观察心理干预对实习护士心理素质、操作技能等的影响。 结果 经系统化心理干预实习护士在心理素质、操作技能等方面，均有显著改善及提高。 结论 心理干预可有效提高实习护士临床适应能力，改善其心理素质和操作技能，对其向职业护士的顺利过渡具有积极促进作用及重大意义。

    [Abstract] Objective To analyze clinical adaptability influence factors of the practice nurses and psychological interventions, to explore the impact of psychological intervention on clinical adaptability of the practice nurses, and target to be a psychological intervention. Methods To analyze influence factors of clinical adaptability on the practice nurses, in order to observe the impact of psychological intervention on psychological quality and operational skills of the practice nurses. Results Practice nurses in mental qualities, skills, etc., are significantly improved and improved through systematic psychological intervention. Conclusion Psychological intervention can be more effectively improving clinical ability of student nurses to adapt and improve their psychological qualities and skills, and its smooth transition to the professional nurse has a positive role in promoting and has a great significance. ......
