跟骨骨折术后切口不愈的原因分析(2)
综上，跟骨骨折术后切口不愈是跟骨骨折的重大并发症之一。需做好充分准备，积极预防。当切口愈合不良发生时，应当积极换药、抗生素预防感染，并可行皮瓣移植术，使患者获得良好的恢复。
