综上所述，钬激光尿道内切开术联合肾筋膜扩张器可作为小儿尿道狭窄的一种较好的治疗方法，具有微创，安全及术后狭窄复发率低等优点，术后尿流率测定，有助于术后早期发现尿道狭窄复发患儿。
