蜂蜜用于分娩会阴侧切后伤口感染的效果观察(1)
[摘要]目的 探讨蜂蜜用于分娩会阴侧切后伤口感染的临床效果。 方法 选择会阴侧切后出现伤口感染者80例，分为两组，各40例，对照组使用适当大小凡士林纱布覆盖，观察组使用蜂蜜敷料，比较两组疼痛程度、创面感染控制及愈合时间，统计治疗前后创面微生物培养阳性率，以及治疗后1周两组临床效果。 结果 观察组产妇所感觉疼痛VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)，创面感染控制及愈合时间均显著快于对照组(P<0.05)，治疗后3d和治疗后7d观察组创面微生物培养阳性率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组痊愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)，无效率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 蜂蜜局部涂抹治疗产妇产后会阴侧切感染，能有效降低疼痛程度，促进创面愈合，降低创面细菌感染率，提高临床效果，指导推广。

Observation of effects of honey on wound infection after delivery lateral episiotomy

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of honey on wound infection after delivery lateral episiotomy. Methods 80 patients with wound infection after lateral episiotomy were allocated to the control group and the observation group， with 40 in each.Patients in the control group were used the appropriate size vaseline gauze while patients in the observation group were used honey dressing. Degrees of pain， wound infection control and healing time of two groups were compared. Positive rate of wound microbial cultivation before and after treatment were recorded and clinical effect one week after treatment were compared. Results Sensory pains VAS scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Wound infection control and healing time were significantly faster than those in the control group(P<0.05). Positive rates of wound microbial cultivation 3 days and 7 days after treatment of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)， while the ineffective rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Topical smear of honey in the treatment of wound infection after delivery lateral episiotomy can effectively reduce degrees of pain， promote wound healing and reduce wound bacterial infection rate. It can improve clinical effects which is worthy of promotion.

自然分娩过程，尤其是初产妇经阴道分娩过程，部分产妇需要进行会阴侧切以便于胎儿顺利娩出，同时部分患者在生产过程中出现软产道的裂伤[1]。开放性伤口的存在，因为自身或外界致病微生物影响或者条件致病菌污染，同时产妇于产后机体免疫力相对下降，容易导致产妇伤口的感染，尤其是会阴部伤口，更易出现感染，从而对产妇产后恢复及术后饮食和早期母乳喂养造成影响[2]。针对产妇会阴部感染，如何有效的预防和治疗，是目前产科医师所面临的难题[3]。近年来使用的碘伏，虽在分娩过程中进行会阴部的消毒，减少了产后会阴部感染, 百拇医药(敖爱军)
