【摘 要】剖宫产术后产妇肠蠕动恢复时间较长，影响了产妇正常进食，不利于产妇在最短时间内康复和乳汁分泌，从而影响母乳喂养。我科根据中药补充益气，解表敛汗、化淤排毒、活血通径的原理，采用穴位贴敷足三里，有效促进了剖宫产术后肛门排气。
